We care about our customers and offer very wide possibilities for service assistance. Our watches correspond to the State Standards: GOST 26272-98 and GOST 10733-98 subject to the storage, transportation and use conditions.

Uglich watch factory accommodates an advanced watch service center based on the experience of professional watchmakers and up-to-date equipment for testing and repair of any complexity.

We offer fast maintenance of any watch, both under warranty and post-warranty: from a simple battery changing to the complete repair and replacement of the faulty works.

Warranty does not cover:

• warranty-expired watches;

• objects that have signs of misuse or of being opened by a non-specialised craftsman;

• stroke marks, mechanic damage, dints, notches, crown deformation, etc.;

• traces of high (above + 45 C) and low (below +1 C) temperatures impact;

• water-caused damage;

• damages caused by exposure to corrosive chemicals or to dissolvents: alkalies, acids, mercury, and its vapors, etc;

• crystal, strap, bracelet, clock-face, crown or package;

• other damages caused by a deliberate or reckless act of the purchaser or by misuse, including setting the hands counter clock-wise.

Battery replacement is not covered by warranty. The average lifetime (repairability) is 15 years.

Returns

Returns of goods of adequate quality

Returns policy:

• 14 days since the purchase collection date;
• Flawless appearance of the item with no traces of use;
• Availability of purchase documents with a date of purchase;
• The order has been made online;
• Refund request;
• Postal services are to be paid by the purchaser.

Returns of goods of less-than-adequate quality

We will reimburse the costs of the reverse shipment and of repairs/exchange of the item within warranty guaranteed the defect didn’t occur through the purchaser’s fault.

Returns policy:

• Less than 24 months since the purchase collection date;
• The purchaser has abode the instruction of use stated in the product certificate;
• Availability of purchase documents with a date of purchase;
• Repair request
